Pachalam Post Office

Quick service. They have speed post and regular snail mail

Situated in the 1st floor , the steps are small and steep . But the service is v. good

Good service, neatly maintained in an old building. Located in the first floor of the building with short steps. May be difficult for old age persons to access. Quick service by polite staff. Speedpost will close at 2pm. Not easy to identify from heavy traffic, though a small board is there in front of the building. Stamps are also available.

Good service, but less assessibililty. Postoffice is on the first floor, the stairs are small and it's difficult for elderly people to get there.

The service is better, especially the way of approach towards public.

Dealing good

Very bad service. Especially speed post wing. My 69 year old mother went there to send a speed post recently. They refused to take that cover. The same cover I have sent through Ernakulam Head Post office in the very next morning without any difficulty. This situation I faced from this office earlier also. Try to avoid this office for their services.
