Proper advice/ information won't be given by the Staff.
Loosing the privilege of Sr Citizens' interest rates.

Pathetic service. Totally agree with all the below reviews. Working end time is very important for them other than anything, irrespective of their duty. Very rude if anyone come just after 1.30. I requested a white paper to change the address , they were not ready to give that as well.

Electricity power outage means no jobs and no service. No UPS backup even for lights or computers.

If there was an option to give (-) 100 star rating, I would have opted that. Very pathetic service. The lady who is sitting in the counter for sending registered parcels is such a failure. She cant even do her job properly. She wont take bulk orders . She's like i can't book this much consignments. Then for what is she sitting there? Besides, one consignment which was booked to thrissur was delivered to Malappuram. When we enquired, the post master was like you might've written the wrong address. Then how come it shows the correct pincode and delivery location in tracking id and delivered to some other district? Employees like these are a curse to society.

All post office should be done privatization then only these organisations employees will work properly.when ever I went for opening an account they either say net is slow post man is not here. I really wonder the conscience of these people . Worst employees in the world

Horrible customer care and response. Online it says they close only by 4 30 , but even a single minute past 3pm they don't accept something as small as a letter to be posted. I personally found the female staff extremely arrogant and rude.

Pathetic service. They are not taking any responsibility for delivering the parcel. And if call one more time for addressing the same issue they will not pick the call. They are not deserved even for 1 star.

Excellent staffs and very good cooperation. However, no one is there to attend phone calls. None would attend incoming phone calls.
