Vijayanagar 4th Stage Post Office

Lazy support. No supplies available, hours to get anything done. Waste of PO

Poor service Always telling technical problems. One has to visit two to three times for the simple work like remittance or withdrawal.

The post master is fraud when payments made through digital. This male staff asked me to scan & pay for speed post I sent, and even before checking the transactions done he says it's failed and pay the cash. Though i showed him proof from bank details of successful payments he argues that will get refunded. So he takes double payments for 1 service. No money got refunded from bank & its been 3 days.

Horrible service. Most of the time we are told no server. Please do something

The office is well maintained and coustmer friendly. The madam at the counter is very polite and helping.
The technology updates and computer's malfunction should be addressed.

Every time they are telling server issue why other post office don't have any issues

The new cashier is very rude to customers (esp young pple) struggles to work ...doesn’t know how to speak politely
