Yelahanka Post Office

A better post office compared to others. Much better in fact!

Sub PO avoided all phone calls, cutting the line, postman insisted no one with the name was at the address (I go to the addressee's house regularly) and avoided phone calls, post got returned after just one delivery attempt. Unhelpful, rude, unprofessional. My worst experience with India Post yet.

1Star is also too high for them, my police verification was done on same address but as per them address was insufficient and return my passport-to-passport office without even calling me once. they think we should call them (also no one pick the phone mentioned on website) and collect our mail from Post Office and pay them tips. Simply they are wasting taxpayer money without working.

If that phone is just to show in government inspections than keep it switch off we won't spend time dialing it. I think even the post office must be PRIVATISED to make it reliable and throw out the lazy employees. #privatetizepostoffic

Out of laziness they will mark the address as insufficient.while parcel from others(Flipkart, amazon)get deliver exactly at the same address.

One of the Worst courier services, while registering a speed post within bangalore, they'll tell it'll reach the next day.
the item has not delivered though its been 5 days. if we go and enquire they'll tell we dont know. raise a complaint in website.
The people working here are disgusting, they dont even know to respond to customers always they'll be busy in their phone.
People go there just because its Govts, but they dont do their work properly.

90% VISITERS WHO VISIT THIS POST OFFICE ARE VILLAGERS AND ARE UNEDUCATED AND BELOW POVERY LINE. WITH THESE PEOPLE HE BEHEAVES IN LIKE GOONDA AND USES ABUSIVE LANGUAGE.

THIS POST MASTER IS MANNERLESS FELLOW.
HE SPEAKS TO SENIOR CITIZENS IN SINGULARLY. TEACH HIM BASIC MANNERS.
Send this ARROGANT/ILL BEHEAVED post MASTER TO SOME CLASSESS AND TEACH HIM...GUIDE HIM ....HOW TO BEHEAVE POLITELY AND DESCENT LY WITH ELDERLY CITIZENS. Post office services are good, but employees have to behave themselves, and treat customer as king, as we are paying for service.. not the other way around..

Even that one star is too much such pathetic and arrogant staff who will not even lift a finger to serve u. And ppl wonder why govt companies are getting privatized. Such bad behavior from the staff. Just want to get salary not do any work. Fit for only gossiping and lazing around not work.
