Kengeri Sub Post Office

Extremely slow service. They have closed the doors for social distancing and they have allowed people to group outside. What's the point then. Staff are also very slow. A normal speed post takes 1 hr to book. Could do with some more staff or more counters.

PS : Article No : 157261403IN delivered by the postwoman came home and apologized for her behavior during delivery..
Better that Indian Postal Service had taken the action against such an issue and corrected it..
Also I acknowledge the postwoman's mind to come and apologize for her behavior..!!

Article No : 157261403IN received from a postwoman who came to deliver a parcel today behaved so rude.
Myself being a pregnant lady could not go down to receive the parcel and asked her if she could bring it to the door as am pregnant..
She behaved so rude that she said she can't come up and that's the reason why she called 2 mins ago to come down and collect the parcel..
And the same woman climbed all the stairs to deliver parcel to another person which I have seen..
Being a lady if this kind of behavior and respect she has to another lady is so shameful..
I requested her to deliver at the door as I was alone at home that time my mother went to get a medicine..
Such a bad treatment by Indian postal service..
I doesn't even want to give one star, but without star I can't post my review hence 1 star commenting so bad and poor service..

The officer taking care of ADHAR is most arrogant and useless. His behaviour is like he is doing us a favour. Worst fellow… needs to be replaced…. That is the problem with people is govt offices…. No risk of losing job…. Worst fellow

The WORST staffs at this Post office.
They make elder people to stand in queue and make them wait like hell. They are not productive enough to serve people quickly. For every small mistake in a form they ask to correct it and come back separately which they could tell at one shot. And while correcting, the staff ask us to get out of queue and follow queue again from last.

Very arrogant staffs who treat uneducated people very badly. They must have some empathy towards people who come for any transactions. They should understand why they are paid salary. See how people are crowded in the attached pic.

Going through all the reviews I had built a bad impression of the place. I went there to get DLC done. To my surprise the postmen were very public friendly, they would call each and everyone by their names as if they knew them very well. They are sensitive to senior citizens and treat them so well. Each one of them visiting the post office share their plight in collecting the government funds which they are dependent on. The postmen understand them well and try to sort their issues as soon as possible.

The worst service ever ... If u are planning to send a parcel to someone pls don't do that here ... They will make u come twice or even thrice... Worst service....and the ppl are very rude

They are not even worth to give one star also but Google don't have negative review system there attitude is very very bad and they think they are giving service by bringing money from there home
