Today I went here for sending a speed post. Very neat and less crowded place . It took me less than 2 min to avail the service . Very fast and cost wise it is at cheaper side. I was always in a assumption that , normal couriers are better , this experience proved me wrong !

I went to there post office cv raman nagar Branch to send a parcel to my native on 13 August 2022.
So amount it came 224.20 rs i transfer to amount through upi. G. Pay. And amount already deducted from my account even it's seen successful transfer.
But the guy who is siting in speed post department he told didn't get to their system. He told me give in cash. And my upi amount will refunds soon. But still I didn't get money back. Totally fraud. Be careful guy. They are acting like they well.

Liked the service. Staff speaks English and Hindi fluently. Very helpful for the public for postal and AADHAAR services.

Aadhaar updation is closed for the last 20 days. Staff is telling some error in system and no answer is given for when it will be rectified.

First off pathetic and unprofessional staffs, so my 2 accounts were matured after 5 years, after going there I learnt that my acct was opened in my mum's name, this happened bcoz of ex officer's fault. Hence I had to fill like 10 forms to close my acct. Now working amateur young lady took my pass books n closed it. All my mum wanted was to know the total interest(I'm well educated to calculate it) the lady pointed on the pass book (like as if that wasn't obvious). So now I wanted to withdraw my money, she said that there's a limit for withdrawal per day as my SB was in different branch. I was shocked because mine was opened here i pointed out the branch name, she showed me the front page it was written different branch, now again it was their fault bcoz it was clearly opened here then i withdrew cash n left. I wanted some more cash so went there next day, now my mum was adamant she hinted me to ask abt the total interest, remember that amateur lady, when enquired abt that she knew nothing n she sent me to the Manager, now the manager was acting like she were the president of India, she couldn't even spare 5 mins. She was pretending to not understand me n was talking BS later she showed wt I wanted for 1 book, because she could find only 1 book. All started to blame me for the pass book? Like wth they had my books n they're blaming me for not knowing my account number?? K now i went to withdraw money again n i again had to encounter with that amateur lady, i just asked if i can get my book back or know my interest. She got mad?? I said "can u understand English?" She started to blabber n said " ask ur interest before maturity " I'm like "I've invested heavy amount here so either hand over my books(without this i couldn't figure out my individual interest amounts)or tell me the interest amount ive got" by this time ppl standing in queue was mad n started blaming me, remember i was also trying to withdrew my cash? This lady was so into arguing she forgot to hand my cash, she couldn't handle n she said" I have never seen a customer like you" n ran lol i too said the same, so now the mighty Manager lady comes to my rescue. She says " you come here I'll tell you what you asked for" (trying to look cool in front of customers) me: "when i came to u you couldn't search my other book or answer my questions ". So i went there now magically the other book appeared n she checked n displayed my total interest within like 10 secs n she " u got what u asked for now just leave" . This is what happened there couple days back. They harassed, blamed me n my mother, absolutely unprofessional, they don't understand english or even local languages. All it takes to show the interest was 20 secs, they made us come for couple days, make us wait n create drama. I ask why do they need computer when they don't know how to use it and work like snails. No cctv or any security, nobody can complain against them. Literally taking our money n this is how we're served. Worst experience ever

I wished I could give a 100 times -tive star. Never waste your time if you want to do aadhar service here. I did visited and waited 1 hour prior to opening hours to get a token for the day. I was the first to go inside & in queue for token, but allocations was given with# token 5 instead of 1. ( , argument can’t win with govt services esp without local language ). I was given a schedule to update mobile no# witha date after 3 months😡. Then I went to Kadugodi center after reading good feedbacks in google review and finished the job in 30 minutes(saved my 3 months 😀). I never going to blame privatization if this is the attitude and service frm govt sector employees.#aadhar

Very friendly n accomadative staff, except a lady in counter. Evident Discrimination based on language customer speaks. I have visited 4-5 times for NSC work n unfortunately had to deal with her. Sad part is, in my city, I get mistreated for speaking in local language :(
