Mahadevpura post office : Not well maintained office . Please prepare and pack ur parcels with brown cello tape and anything to glue/pen , do prepare it be before visiting this place . Its besides Phonix market city .

To parcel one speed post they made me to visit their office 3 times, Employees has arrogant behavior, wont give proper information to customer. Also employees are arguing each other in office in front of customers. These government bodies are inefficient in their work, need to make privatization.

Instead of delivering the item, they just put insufficient address and return it. My home is just at 2km distance from this post office. But every time, when any product comes, they neither call the receiver to collect item nor they deliver it, they just simply return item to hub saying insufficient address.

Worst experience I lost my passport due to this post service
Indian post - please improve your service or stop ot don't play with my time
Please try to refund it otherwise I want to rise an complaint at district court

Mahadevpuara post office service is very very poor. For my speed post parcel, they simply written insufficient address and returned the parcel where as, address was a complete address and even two mobile no's of recipients are also written in address.
I tried to calling multiple times to the Post office, they are not attending the call. Kindly respective officer take necessary actions

Sent parcel from here. Staff was sufficiently helpful. Fast service possible if you go all prepared.

Need to cover your parcel / box fully, no any brand information allowed. Apart from address your box should be blank. If you're using any regular box from grocery store - make sure to use brown plastic tape to hide brand names & text.

ID proof might be asked for international deliveries, so keep one with you. No other document required for inter-state parcels.

Terrible experience! Despite confirming that they are "open" until 5 pm, they were closing the place at 4:40 pm! Can't say I'm surprised with the general tardiness but would anyday prefer Dunzo for intra city couriers! Not worth the hassle for the extremely poor service.

Post office is not attending phone also. Senior officer may Kindly look into this office service and take necessary actions.
