Patratu Post Office

Not much crowd when i went there.

Scope for improvements:
-Weighing machine was out of order (for last one month). I had to weigh my parcel in the nearby grocery store.
- There is very little space for the customers to stand inside the PO.

very bad experience with a guy named narayan singh...he refused to deliver my parcel inspite of showing my id card proof..

he himself called me to reciev my parcel and then he first of all misguide me and then made me stand for 30 min to wait .

I am going to complain this...

Its not in post office,but ptps electric division government houses garden

Good, all staff are punctual for their work.

Best Postal service provider of the locality

had a visit here,,A staff, Tousif anwar helped me alot in my work process and his behavior was so kind and helpful

There are 6 BOs and all work very well.

Went 4 years ago but now a lot of improvement has been seen.
