Head Post Office

Its the head Post office in the Hazaribag, thereby having the most crowd, its near to the new bus stand. All facilities are available here but no stationary facilities are provided here,bring your own stuffs like pen, gum, envelope and all. You have also the post office ATM available here. You can take the token on the token machine by yourself. This also the Aadhaar enrollment centre for correction in the adhaar card

Very poor service & behavior also 3rd class.
Need to change / transfer the Head Postmaster & asst. postmaster.
As per my opinion They / She was not suitable for his post.
If Govt. want to grow the Govt. sector , then need to immediate action for this type of people.
I was faced 2 to 3 times & observed they / she only fulfilling his duty.
They / She was not responding correct information / new offers etc , Talking manner is also not good .
In this condition how we can believe for good service.
Previous day another more costumers was also commented in post office about our Honable Prime Minister Modi Sir-------They was telling our PM mission is very high but india is still back due to this type of govt. employees.
So I request to senior govt. authority for to take intimidate action for good & fast service . Thanks

All services are done here. Post Office is good. Link failure is a common problem. BEWARE!!!! WORD OF CAUTION: The personnel booking speed post and registered posts would definitely charge you more than the billed amount. Be very very cautious to validate the amount mentioned in the receipt and pay that much only. That is blatant theft and corruption on the name of service. Haven't checked other services, but this one is definitely unscrupulous. The personnel booking speed and registered posts however is very fast in booking speed posts and good at his job. If confronted, he would agree to get the billed amount. But, if not confronted, you end up paying atleast 10-20 rupees extra than the billed amount. Beware!

All postal services are available here. Savings account and other postal schemes like KVP, MIS available here. The staff is very efficient and cooperatives. I like this place 👍🏻

Now the administration is becoming nice day by day and Environment is clean and services are expanding. Here all the services are beyond your expectation:)

Good for sending parcel and speed post at very law price

Staff is not on counter at 10 AM

One time sent my document from here service was good it reached within 4 days to UP. But needs to be improved, it is located at very prime location near new bus stand, opposite of it is BSNL office and it is on main road NH 33.
