RMS Post Office

Very very pathetic experience, Status of consignment is showing that it is dispatched from Ranchi, but still it is there only since last 1 week and nobody is picking calls. They do not respect the value of time and urgency of public. This is the reason why Govt is privatizing all Govt bodies. These CHUTIYAs MCBC do not want to work at all.

Do they know the meaning of speed post???
My order is stuck here since 3 days and only dtes and timings are being changed and not the parcel location.. Its showing item dispatched since 3 days.. Worst office..

I had done a speed post but from 5 days it is continuosly showing item dispatched from ramchi rms tmo and i had seen many complaints on this tms.. i think there is any physco working who disturb all stuffs..and important all items parceled..

Can I give 0 stars? For a simple letter package to be sent for Europe, they were asking for 1300 rupees.(for less than 30 gms)

When confirmed that postage charges according to Indiapost website is also 64 rupees, they said simply "yaha nahi hoga". Please, take action such such stupid office people.

Not responce any tracking and all branch number rong ya not recive call and anot any mail responce

they stolen my parcel. i sent it from 814165 to 411047 but parcel is missing from MA RANCHI RMS TMO

Very nice staffs. RMS RANCHI is located in front of Ranchi Railway Station. It opens at 6.30am and closes at 7.30pm. There are two breaks of half hour in between. Not much of rush here. Waiting time is almost nil. Suggested to those Who wants to save one or two days in postage delivery time. If you post at any other ranchi post office, they will take 0ne or two days to send to rms post office then from here your post will move to destination.
RMS Advantage: Less waiting time and saving of time in delivery of postage.
