Consumes a lot of time at the Credit and withdrawal counter sometimes due to slowdown of server or internet problem.
But efforts of staff are quiet noticeable. Assistant Post Master also helps to solve issues.To post some documents is quiet fast if there is no rush.
Main post office of Bilaspur District. Don't hesitate to talk with the staff about queries even if there is crowd.

Counter services need improvement. Need booster training for the staff members.
