Sonipat Head Post Office

Speed post can done till 4.00 pm but i reached there 3:58 .they refused.

Services are not much satisfactory. If you are just few minutes late then they will say that you have to take services from Rail Mail Services. Though the place is well maintained and it is the largest post office of Sonipat district and it is the main post office too. It also comprises of an Aadhar Updation Centre too. The place is nicely maintained. It also have Indian Post Payments Bank within its premises. Nicely maintained place.

Worst experience I had it here. I had to send parcel to abroad. There were 2 ladies whose behaviour was so rude. One was short statured dark complexion and another one was fat and fair complexion wearing Mangal sutra. I told them it’s urgent. They said server is not working you have to railway post office. Then, I replied can you give me in written that server is not working. They refused. I even visited railway post office over they said people working in main branch always make excuses. For international services. I have to go main branch. So, just going from one post office to another. Worst experience in sonipat.

We recommend necessary action against will be taken.

Always shortage of man power very bad service always a long que due to slow working ........I don't think they know public dealing and behaviour towards public .....No rule or regulation of work.......bad experience ......very bad..
I reached at 2:50 and they refuse to do registry and lie that registry timings are till 2:30.....
