Such a horrible experience, first of all this location is wrong on google maps. To go to correct location, please search post office in Udyog vihar phase 5.
I got a message that the door is locked and my parcel was not delivered. Whole day I was at home receiving phone calls from all the people except that courier guy who said the phone was not reachable! We never kept house main door locked!
I had to go and collect the parcel the next day. I could not take the chance of receiving another message of "door locked"!

Pathetic Service. I have my passport with them for almost 15 days but, they refuse to give as because they are asking for witness. But, police verification is already done 2 times in my hometown. I request senior authority to look into it and resolve as soon as possible.

The parcel shows out for delivery and gets updated as addressee can not be located. Atleast delivery agent should call or should provide the contact no. Via text So that we can reach out to him. Rubbish..

Worst service..... while tracking it is showing parcel dispatched but not delivered to my nearest post office it's been 3 days... nobody pick the phone 😠

My God!!! I cannot describe how the workers are working there. I don’t even know how they got jobs. Like literally no manners from managers to colleagues everyone. How did they get their jobs. I’m just speechless with this type of behavior. Unbelievable never expect this type of people still exist in this century. This much I cannot describe their rude behavior.

This is the worst post office ever in India. The biggest problem is the mentality and lazy staff. They don't move an inch to do the required job.
Pls do not send anything via speed post, trust me it will take ages to be delivered due to their incompetency.

Worst service I've ever seen, first of all the location for this post office is incorrect after a few rounds of asking around I reached finally, then the guard here won't let me go inside because there is no incharge here to give me my parcel. It has been out for delivery for the last two days and has not been delivered, indicating that my addressee cannot be found. I had given my address clearly and properly, along with my mobile number, so that the delivery guy could call me. I called customer service, who were also unhelpful, instead providing two out-of-service mobile numbers for the person in charge here.

I don't even want to give any Star ⭐ to this India Post Services Poorest of poorest service, I want govt to privatized the entire India post and let them work for min 8 hrs or else throw them out so that u can create more vacancies for young blood
