Indian Post Office

Nothing bad about the post office. Newly built, decent infrastructure, ample parking space but bit remotely located.

Unprofessional staff's.
Instead of delivering at my address they called me up directly to come and collect the order from the post office within a first call . What the hack. I dint get my courier order yet. I want to sent back my order to my place Dimapur from were it brought ASAP. First learn the meaning of the courier, than only do the work. Very very disappointed . I want the status ASAP.

When we track our parcels on India Post Tracking, if you find the location to be "DLF QE S.O", this is the place to come to.

I did speed post to my hometown but it took 18days for the first time and 14 days on second time. While my parents sent me stuff from my hometown by speed post and it took only a week to reach me even they charged less than what i got charged from here.
And atlast i lost my package on 3rd time😒. It's been 2months since i post my stuff but my parents still didn't receive. But i cannot go back to that address again for complaint bcoz i hv already shifted to somewhere else.You cannot trust this post office.

I had an excellent experience.
The staff provided right guidance regarding Registered Post.

She was nice enough to even forego Rs 2 when we had a problem with availability of change (coins).
Obviously, she was nice enough to put the money from her own pocket.

Very rare to find such customer service.

Whenever i come to post ofc at morning around 11’o clock , there was always server down or system upgrading problems, not satisfied with service

Sent a parcel first time , faced some issues, but staff was very humble and cooperative.

Was told that the server is down and hence no speed post available at 12pm on a Monday morning. Reading the reviews here makes me wonder if there’s more to this recurring pattern - and how acceptable it is for a national service to be unavailable consistently
