Gurugram Kutchery Post Office

2 no.s of staff, less crowd my wait time was 2 mins, all work done in 10 mins, money order form given for rs.1, staff rechecked filled form & suggested improvement, acknowledgement printed and given. Nice!!

No crowed easy work

At least they pick up phone.
And adhar card are not updated here any more. Contact head office.

Amoung other Post Offices 🏣 in Gurgaon; it's the Best.🌸 Madam sitting at the window is Knowledgeable, Hard working and Follows all processes... But If u try to bypass PO process/norms she will be straightforward in saying NO!!

Sm ppl make the mistake of coming here with way too much expectations, comparing it with our Banks 😀. Pls understand that Authorities are slow in providing resources to staff. Most of the work is done manually.
Like, if Due to rain, there are IT infrastructure issues, it will take a week or maybe more to get resolved. So pls come here with a lot of time n patience.

PO is not visually appealing becoz Authorities has not got it white washed in years But It's open and quite spacious. Car Parking is 3 mins walk away from PO. Pls come with an odomas cream - way too many mosquitoes 🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟and If you are a girl/female only talk to madam. Try not to engage in talks with strangers. If any stranger try to reach u on WhatssApp, just block them.
