Service is good ......But not clean

Very poor services. Long waiting time

Totally pathetic services. Maximum of their staff never on their seats. Mostly busy on their mobile, No one on the information desk to help the public about the respective service counters. No work is completed according to their citizen charter A 10mins works requirs 40 mins to complete.

This is the main post office of kurukshetra City. You need to submit your post here only if you don't want any type of delay from your local post office box. The post office is in good condition and located on the railway road. You can come by a two wheeler or four wheeler easily. Basic facilities are also available here.

Kurukshetra post office did not deliver shipment at time my shipment at salarpur road did not deliver so personally we go to post office and recieve shipment this is not agood practice of post office and no one recieve call at post office

No updating Aadhar even notice of Aadhar updation is affixed on counter. Lady staff on counter said no Aadhar updation here go to bank.

09:00 am to 04:00pm and 04:00pm to 09:00 for Speed Post

It should be awarded the 'Most Pathetic Post Office' of the state.
Most of the staff is a liability on the department.
These people are defaming the department.
When you will visit this office, you will understand.
