Branch Post Office of South City 1

The only good thing about this place is that there is usually no crowd so you can get your work done without waiting in queue. The bad thing is that the post office seems to be operational for only 3.5 hours. I was told to visit between 10-1 and 1:30-2 if I wanted to get anything done. That's insane.

This is a non delivery branch. So, do not visit if you have any issues related to delivery of your courier.
Instead go to Sector 45 PO (Kanhai Village PO). They take care of delivery of packages. This is not an SO (as shown on the tracking details).

Absolutely worthless staff, especially the lady that sits at the desk.
Zero work ethics and very arrogant behaviour. These are exactly the kind of people that give a bad name to government offices.
I guess we should privatize the post office and throw out the worthless staff like the lady mentioned above.

Most pathetic post office I ever visited.
Firstly there is just one window whether u have to deposit money or send a post.The girl sitting at the counter is way too rude.Her behavior is very rude towards customers.
They will call u for an international post after a week.

The people working there are not at all helpful. They’re too rude. Don’t even have glue. Typical dingy workplace with litter on one side and trash on the other.

Went there to book a parcel. They refused saying that parcel services are available only in 2 branches in Gurgaon - Sector 14 branch and the branch in Galeria market

Nice tiny office with only 2 staff sitting. you should know how to get the work done, and it will be done.
Convinient enough to have a PO nearby.
PS: They dont have a glue, you shud get your admin stuff (pen, glue, scale, scissors, tape).

As it is just a branch, so don't expect all facilities to be available there. Speed post can be done and probably saving accounts withdrawl is also taken careof. As it is located in the Sector 45 market on the main road, which makes it easily accessible. As they operate only through a single counter done by ladies, so there might be a queue of 5-10 minutes depending on the rush.
