Very poor ...senior citizens have to wait in a queue for a long time. Feels that only one employee works. Sometimes system doesn't work..not at all organized.

The authorities in the post office are more inclined toward their personal chitchat and work instead of solving the people’s issues and. Requirements.

Staff have no sense talk with their customers

Pension is not giving on time

It’s a true government office. Interested in only making customer’s life miserable. I reached at 2:15 pm with the thought that it will be open till 3 pm. On reaching there, I was informed that they are going to accept parcels for courier only till 2 pm! Nowhere is this mentioned anywhere. Had it been a private office, they would have been more than happy to accommodate this. This is not the only bad experience I have have there. But guess that’s what we get when we pay less. Horrible experience

Very rude and non cooperative staff.

No government can change the post office system. 😂
