Poor counter service and rackless staff.

India post office and good service for speed post and couriers.

Very Good work.

Office staff is very gentle to customer

very bad service.does respond to customer..never receive calls

Service on their wish which most of the time they don't have. Parcel keeps lying for weeks and return without attempt of delivery. Complete address with landmark and phone number is not enough for them most of the time. The want it to be sold to DHL or DTDC or such courier company. Mr. Modi, please fulfil their wish soonest possible.

When asking about transfer account then inform for kyc form and also provide the same,
Also inform that you can complain against him and also inform that go to another branch due to lack of employee every time.
Transfer fees taken in cash mode and not provide any receipt.
Inform that form fillip in only English to senior citizen person who not aware about it and also inform that if you don't aware then go with agent.

I am doing complain in indian post portal and get revert : "more care will be taken in future to avoid such inconvenience"

Senior person setting in branch and inform that connect with agent. dont asking any query, connect with agent or go to another branch.

Staff is too lazy and unproductive.
