Very good behavior of staff and prompt service, although infrastructure facility is not good.

Staff is so stubborn, that you have to repeat the same thing for atleast 2-3 times to make them hear and reply to you.
Unskilled staff , they have tied a board of IPPB , but dont know or due to laziness dont want to do , ekyc/kyc of ippb account .
They make huge requests for documents on opening of account whereas other post offices need only aadhaar for account opening .
Specially the old guy , is way too stubborn .
Be aware of him .
