Badarpur-India Post Office

Experience with Post office staff was good. And you need help queries related to DL , Voter ID card then you should go to first floor of building.
Good facilities to customers , instantly action taken and employees with good behaviour.
It is opened at 10:00 AM
Placed at behind the Qila
Expectation : that it is government office / undertaking so they will not entertain customers and etc
But reality is it is good in all .
There is parking space for Bikes / Cycles within the Post Office however you can park outside also.

You won't get your shipment, they will not deliver it and the tracking details will show you delivered.,

Ps. I have reached to the office for my shipment, they provided me the number of postman, and i got my parcel.

3 days later post delivered message.

These Post Office's Service is Veryyyyyyyyyy bad. And the staff here in not give any response to the customer.

This Post office is situated nearby badarpur no.1 school......and the front of DDA flat badarpur.......this is not too much buisy Post office but the employees of this post office don't have manners .... They don't know how to treat costumers gently and they talk like they don't have any manners....wrost post office i have ever seen.....even they didn't reply of the costumers questions properly.....if you are looking for good post office...you can go to another... Put items on hold stating door was locked when they don't even come. Why can't they just call when they are not able to find the address

No one in the post office receives the call, if someone tries to call on the mentioned number or you will hear that the number is invalid.
The postman doesn't even delivers the parcels and if you check the status of the parcel then you will seen the status, "the postman tried to deliver the parcel but the door was locked" if the postman deliver the parcel then they asks for some money(50₹-500₹) from the person who receives the parcel.

Worst Post Office delivery services. Once consignment reaches Badarpur P.O, it will show weird reasons for non delivery, e.g - incomplete address, addressee not found etc but they will never attempt even delivering it to you. For every Bank consignments, postman asks for money . I suggest all to directly escalate to the Director-India Post and you will get a solution
