Tilak Nagar Sub Post Office

Spacious and peaceful Post office in otherwise noisy and congested Tilak Nagar Market. It is near the old market. Many staff members are on duty. Speed post, Aadhaar card services also available.

Well organised and very helpful and disciplined staff. Punctuality and discipline is followed by each and everyone there. Cleanliness was admirable too with serenity of green trees in the compound.

Worst service. These employees never want to work, they always complain about the server not working. And for each customer on counter, they take 30 mins to an hour to resolve his concerns.
It feels like I committed a sin when I opened an account here. I’ve seen people crying and begging but these post office account services are so bad that they never do anything correctly. Employees aren’t even confident about their procedural calls, they take advice/assurance from fellow employees on what to do next.
When I visited, I totally judged the place that no audit is conducted because these employees always give excuse about server not workout and I have seen retirement parties, gup-shup going on and they keep saying server is not working.
Very incompetent staff, not strong in their own domain and procedures and worst service they are giving.

I have not received my parcel and there is no way to contact them.contact details are incorrect. Their postmen always use to update delivery status confirmed first and later on they deliver it.. But now, they haven't even delivered after a week of updating the status.

Typical old Indian office despite modern office interior staff didn't work efficiently

Location is accurate on the map and is easily accessible with also a provision of parking and wheelchair accessible platforms. Overall the staff is VERY VERY slow and has less knowledge except a few young members in the staff. Complaints are never entertained and postmaster is always unavailable.

The services are timed for 9-5 pm but the workers leave office on any time on their own ..I went to office at 4pm for adhar work ( already having token date) but got to know worker left already at 2 pm

I have a account in this branch, already submitted my documents for internet banking but still this facility is not active.
