Head Post Office

Service is very dull. need much more maintainance.
postmans are not punctual in their job.

Good service but as other govt.estiblishments improvement is to be needed for better performance.

improvement is required here (stamp paper were not available most of the time) .

worst post office of Bihar. staffs do not like to do their work, and don't listen to costumers. there are also some staff, who have no awareness about new technology.sometime, they used to prove wrong to INDIA POST website,and they always represent themselves as raja Harishchandra. if i have to give example then, they even don't know differnce between BAGGED and DISPATCHED. they have done so much wrong with me, they have returned my debit card 3 to 4 times due to their low quality service. so please if any staff is reading this then take care of this problem from next time.
