Always satisfied with their service. There's nothing I can suggest to improve. It's already great

If you're here for POPSK (i.e. for Passport related operations), the service here is pathetic. If you come according to the given time for appointment you have wait 1 or 2 hours more for your appointment. The workings here is not systematic. They should hire more employees to help the public there.
Other than that the regular Post office operations are quite good. The staff is helpful ans kind. But please don't choose it for passport related operations.

I had one of the pathetic experience here at Nagaon Post Office. I would recommend to visit other post offices to get your postal work done than visit here. The staff have full of excuses for delaying your work or not doing your work or request.

It's very nice building and the staff working here is very helpful. Any inquiry or help I ever needed, they always helped.

Some of employees are too rude
Not even talking with the person who actually need help. Shameless workers 😕

Further better than before.

I have been in queue due to emergency since one hour and now there is a power cut they have no backup right.Its very big issue.
