It is a very convenient post office for the denizens of Balajinagar Nellore. But the services depend on the Post Master working there. If the regular Post Master goes on leave, the one acting in his place puts up a placard reading 'Online services are not available' (ఆన్ లైన్ పని చేయుట లేదు) and sends the customers back. The standard excuse is that passwords are not received.
Otherwise, the services are good.
