Staff at counters don't have much skill and especially the one who deals aadhaar enrolment and update doesn't have much knowledge.

Went there as my post was untraceable and met mr. swaroop who guided me to track the post and even called me early in the morning when the item got reached there before the start of their working hours.

don't deserve even 1 star. I have sent important documents from US and they didn't find the address and mentioned "address can't be located" where as the same address found by Amazon and other third party courier service. what a shame !! a 100+ year Govt origination - A best example of how typical Govt Org. works

Worst support team , they will not give proper response.
