The most useless and lazy staff to have the misfortune to come across in any govt organization. To send a speed post, I reached at 1455hrs, allegedly way after their cutoff time for the day and as their truck was due in 15 mins they didn't want to book it for the day nor for the next day. I go again the next day to send my documents by speed post, both their weight scales are not functioning and they cannot log into their system to book the speed post.

Pathetic service. The lady on the counter is so slow that will Get babies waiting in the queues. She just gossip either with the staff or on calls Miserable service. Secondly they misplaced my speed Post. Kindly check ur details again when they give a receipt of tracking id wether they punched the date n all correctly 😊

This is an old Portuguese era building. One can make out by the way it looks. Heard a lot about poor service. Hope things will change soon
