Worst service always asks to call later

My father is suffering from cardiac disease beacuse of them . They refuse to help him and always cut my call when the local people play loud music from 9am-11pm.
We have complained 8 times but they have no time or only work for high contact people .
Please do not ask them for help if you are common man they will insult you and even if your family die they will not help .
