Oficer not promt. For not wearing of halmet Ranjeet barman (oficer in charge) fine me ₹1000 at 4.10pm. He force me to give Online payment his nearest dearest caffe centre (tathomitro kendriya).but told him "I want to pay from my mobile". And then he agree for that. At that time,I am in hurry. So the officer told me that I give some documents. Then I told him that I have now mobile,atm card & pan card .he told me " give your Mobile or Atm" but I give my pan card.
When I came after finishing my important work (&also give Online payment of challan ₹1000)then the officer goes out from his khagrabari chowpothi post (at 5.40pm). So I can't get my pan card. But I don't know what is the working hours of him.
