Goregaon West Police Station

A proper full fledged police station. Very busy at all times. Spacious and staff is courteous (especially if top cops are around) Takes as much time (probably a bit lesser)as it would take at other stations. Well staffed and neat place.

I had come for passport police verification. The counter started at 10.30 instead of 10am had to sit in the sun as waiting area is not sufficiently covered. No priorities for Senior Citizens.
Also I fail to understand that when the police personal comes to the house, why then do we have to go to the police station ?

Hopefully this system will improve.

Got arrested for not carrying my identity card, treated me very well. Cells are spacious and clean. Food was ok but rice for 3 times is bit boring. Handcuff was bit corroded but its ok it does the job right. The officers are friendly. Overall it was a nice experience.

Arrogant Police official ,chaos and infinite waiting if you come accross that's Goregaon Police Station. Mysterious place as they donot take complaints .Just Cognizance has no connection.There is an intense competition between police officials here for misuse of powers vested upon them. Genuine complaints are never heard here. Of course there are a few gem officers exist in detection.p

I had a very good experience, our bicycle got robbed from our society, but within a week's time with all the efforts from the police, it was detected , all the staff members at the Goregaon West police station are helpful, Our special thanks to API Shree Sudarshan Patil Sir of Detection squad, and API Madam Thorat.

I had lost my Society share certificate and gone to the Goregaon W Police station for registering my complaint so that I could apply for a duplicate. I had a very good experience with first class service, normally no one expects. We normally only complain. I want to compliment.Hats off to both persons at duty today at 11.30 am. THANKS. Keep it up.

I had written a complaint of getting my mobile phone stolen 3 years ago and they had just written the report and left the case, they are not even trying to search it.
