needs serious revamp, retaining its heritage facade

I had visited the police station to celebrate Diwali with our brave police men and women. The premises were really nice and clean. Even though the Police department was working they were kind enough to spend some time with us the citizens of thane. They also appreciated the efforts of all those involved with the programme.

Writing after multiple good experiences here; The staff responsible for the passport work are very helpful and quick. Told me the exact documents I'll need, at what time I should be present and even helped me figure out a confusion with a follow up procedure which wasn't a part of their job.

That was my first time in police
and I did a complaint in naopada police station at a consultancy and naopada police take action against them and they have solved my problem in 1 day

I had filed a police complaint here in 2019 for my mobile instead of filing a Fir they just gave me a lost complaint my mobile was robbed by a person in bus I saw that person from behind but still they were not ready to file a fir and gave me a lost complaint

Not helpful at all.... We asked for help to 2 officers at night and they refused to help us..

One of the best experience with Naupada Police station. We were asked to appear for police verification for passport work. Dot 10.30 they opened office and started accepting and veryfying documents. No delays at all. In the evening they asked us to visit and appear for senior officer examination and very fixation, that too started on dot time without any chaos. Hats off to all police staff.

Very bad experience in police station my phone stolen last february month. Till the time not any updation.
