I have called them 16 times within hour but it took 1 and half to send them police on given address which is highly unacceptable in today world. In USA ambulance and fire brigade takes max. 3 min to reach on incident place. And in India police can't reach on location which is just 1.5km away from Police station. Constables are so lazy that they started avoiding my calls if I asked for the status. Pathetic service.

Nice place helpful police men. Though just been here for passport purposes.

I had visited the police station to celebrate Diwali with our brave police men and women. The premises were really nice and clean. Even though the Police department was working they were kind enough to spend some time with us the citizens of thane. They also appreciated the efforts of all those involved with the program.

In the name of police station they are running a place where they get innocent people tortured and threatens innocent people and take bribe from them by claiming fake medical certificate.
In the name of policemen this police station has officers who just have no manner to treat and they just take advantage of persons innocence
This is very sad to see policemen’s like this in India who are working only to take bribe.
Due to such police men’s people loose trust on Indian police
Sad part of thane police which has no ethics, integrity and honesty towards there work....

This is very important matter to look upon and take action towards such police officers..

These are the documents you'll need for passport, take 2 documents from every class. And its Xerox.

Pathetic attitude towards citizens, they treat them like they rule the place, whatever they wanted from me i gave them as part of proof of my case, yet they insisted on getting the application in the regional language, what kind of non sense behaviour is that.

Money matters..!! Not a place for innocent people
