I have been to Chatursinghi Police Station multiple times for various reasons and have always found the staff (police personnel) to be most cooperative, respectful and always wiling to help. Today I met Xavier Bernard after couple of months rather almost year. Xavier has been very cooperative and has very pleasent smile. I have seen him helping many who come to the police station. Hats off to the Police for thankless job and the stress they go through to keep us safe. They have hardly any holidays and get hardly time to spend with their family.

Visited today for passport verification of my kid. Never expected such a smooth experience! Felt so proud of government machinery. I did police verification for passport so many times in life for myself and family members, but I think nowhere in the world it could be this smooth. Both officers (Ma’am and sir) were very helpful, and made this process very simple and quick.

Had applied for Passport renewal and hence had to visit this Police station recently. The experience was amazing. They had sent an SMS mentioning that we can visit any time between 10 am to 11 pm. We visited in the evening and parked outside the gate. There was no queue at all - just 1 person. Few moments later the lady called us in, took the photocopy of few documents like Aadhaar, old passport, address proof etc as per list, took a pic with a tablet and asked few general questions. We did not have to pay anything.
Very professionally executed. Way to go!

Worst police station in Maharashtra. Not taking any complaints, they show their police station record clear. They are not capable for this one star also. They don't have any manners how to talk with people. They don't take any responsibility of complaints.

Visited today for passport verification , i met lady officer there she was very nice and my verification was done in literally 5 mins.

A wonderful experience from the moment we met them till the case was solved - that too within 36 hours.
Very sharp, smart and fit bunch of policeman led by PSI Bhonsle and fast to act.

They worked non stop for 36 hrs, nabbed the culprits and got them back to Pune from Miraj.

The stolen things were also recovered.

My husband and I were truly impressed and grateful to these men.

Passport verification process is excellent. Printed documents were kept ready. Address verification and photo, took only 5 mins. Great experience.
