Had an ongoing issue with a theft case with a company (Mark Makers consultancy). ASI Zile Singh & SI Arun Dahiya along with the constables were understanding & resolved the issue within 24h. I guess there's always going to be a couple of odd (irritable) staff, however that's life. Considering the prompt resolution, overall it was a reasonable experience...main problem though is its isolated location (so transport problem - autos unwilling to take you or go there) & more importantly, near to no or very poor cellular reception - how do the police function by responding to calls?!

Just coming back from PS. First of all there is not network in the station, therefore i was going out and in to book a cab and to call the driver, being in an advocate, it's part of my work to visit stations, but here Mr. SHO stopped me when i again went in to collect my bag, and accused me for filming them , which wasn't and was not interested. He himself said it may be because no buddy was dealing with complainants and didn't ask them for water or something. I was so frightened by his sudden accusations but he seems to careless about what i have to say ..and kept rattling how my clients will face the consequences if next time they file any complaint. He kept verbally coming on me untill i left the place...i am clearly feeling violated

Had a theft recently and they didn't even take any proper measures to investigate the case. first of all the sub inspector came one hour later after the PCR call and when he came he didn't look much interested in the case. He barely got a complaint written and went back and when we filed the FIR online. The Sub inspector Vinod called us to the police station, when we went there. They kept wasting our time when we told them that we filed the FIR online. Sub inspector Vinod started shouting profanities at my father who is a well respected advocate. Sub inspector Vinod made improper comments about our family and said that we're going ahead of ourselves just because we filled the FIR on our own. In the end they didn't try to investigate the case at all .Very bad experience with Old Rajinder Nagar police station

Got arrested while smoking a cross J in my car last year during the lockdown. But the good guys that they are, they let me finish it before arresting me. The station and the cell was remarkably clean and when I was craving munchies they gave me the best kadhi chawal I've ever had. 10/10 would get arrested here again.
