Went to report loss of wallet and was asked bribe to get FIR. Police working here are rude. Only good team is the passport dept. No fuss there. Clean work.

My parents from odisha had come to Belapur to visit my flat yesterday, while the lift of the building was not working, my mom used the stairs , till 3rd floor, but there was trash on 4th floor stairs , and got stuck. When she enquired with the neighbour, they mocked her and asked to walk over it like others. She objected to it and asked them to side it, they got into altercation and also charged her physically, seeing her alone and a senior citizen woman.

When she called me about the incidence, I asked her to visit NRI police station and lodge a complaint. They were sceptical though they went , and were surprised to see the way the police immediately acted on it.

I am thankful to the police personals .

The officer working for passport department is very professional and well knowledgeable. I was fasting and it just took me 10 minutes.

Some officers are good, but most of them has arrogant behavior and don't have manners to talk with even elderly people. Specially the senior officers should learn some manners

Extremely rude and arrogant behaviour, their attitude is on top of the world, the forget the fact that they're working for the public, but the behaviour is opposite.
