Bunch of corrupt people ! Vehicle towing people at chowki will give u an option to pay 200 cash without fine payment slip or pay 300 and get the slip.
Most of the times they will ask you to pay for towing fee even if they have not taken the vehicle out till chowki instead of asking to pay the fine for parking the vehicle in NO Parking. It's quite clear that they have their vested interest in towing company.

Worst experience had gone to Dahisar rto for bike paper work n bike was towed away n next to that One anna with cycle was selling idlli was not towed this is our System.paid 436rs,which include 36rs GST,200 fine,200 towing charges.Our System n RTO is worst.

There is soo much of traffic around Borivaki west station road,SV road,especially in the evening due to illegal n haphazard parking of vehicles. Why is the whole scenario ignored when the traffic police is very well aware of the situation?

The auto rickshaw driver was standing right now in front of the gate blocking the way for long time.. When asked he said.... 'Baju se chale jao'... Even I stayed adamant and finally after 15 mins he moved from the way.
