Very effective and speedy action. Had called up on the landline no and sent message on WhatsApp regarding negligent driving by city bus. Next day got call for appointment with the other party. Today morning the person in charge of complain section ensured the other party also reached in time. He also ensured action was intiated and detailed the conductor for attending classes to improve his dealing with travellers. Great job Kozhikode city traffic section
