बजट वर्ष 2013-14 में पुलिस चौकियों को क्रमोन्नत करने की घोषणा की गई थी। इन थानों के खोले जाने की प्रशासनिक एवं वित्तीय स्वीकृति जारी की जा चुकी है।

वर्तमान में यह थाना सिंघानिया विश्वविद्यालय के सामने नई बिल्डिंग में शिफ्ट हो गया है।
