Beautiful ground with sitting stands and stadium like enclosure. Good grass all around the ground and a good cricket pitch centally located in ground, which is often occupied with district level cricket players.
Two numbers of cemented pitches with net enclosed also available for net practices.
Overall a good ground in heart of city. But I will rank it second after Indra Gandhi Stadium.

Best batting wicket in purnea.I scored 2 century and many fifties here. A real test for bowlers. I will give 5 stars when the ground will be maintained properly and toiletries will also be rebuilt and cleaned regularly.

The field was much cleaner than before, now-a-days it seems proper maintenance is being done. Though a football ground should have different grass instead of the one which is planted now
