Domino's Pizza

Domino's is well know brand in India before domino's indian population was not aware what is pizza it was only limited to urban cities and to limited people but with domino's pizza has become official party food or weekend food of India.

Affordable prices, luscious and cheesy in taste so this review is for rajendra nagar branch in sahibabad its located on main GT road just aside new constructed metro station of rajendra nagar. They have decent sitting space on first floor, courteous & friendly staff and same scrumptious taste i tried their stuffed garlic bread and non veg loaded pizza today and it was amazing.

Super duper domino's neat and clean store super fast service must try.

Worst experience.... No tissue paper provided.... Counter sales person said that he will get the order to our table and then called my husband's name to pick our order ourselves. Tables were not clean and no one even bothered to clean it.
Pasta quality has degraded from 90 to 20 in domino's.

I went to rajendra nagar store. It was so dirty, it had stains on table, no staff to attend customer on first floor, there were mosquitos, dirty floor, forget mopping, it was not even broomed.
And all the staff was in kitchen on ground floor.
When I complained, store manager didn't even turned up to attend me. I had kids with me. It was so unhygienic that i decided not to dine in.
Even local restaurants are far more cleaner.
Pathetic place, no wonder why this store has so many negative reviews. Friends don't go to this store, and for online please choose other brands.

I ordered a thin crust mexican greenwave from them. Firstly, they informed me that they will take 2 hours for the delivery as it was Diwali. I understood and patiently waited for the pizza to come, however, when it reached me after 2 hours at 11 PM, it was in a horrible condition. It was ripped apart and it felt merely edible and was way below the standard food quality any human can expect. I raised a complaint immediately within a minute. They said that they will help me only after 24-48 hours as per their policy. I did not consume the pizza and waited for a resolution. Finally, after a day they call me and say that they cannot refund my money because I did not raise a complaint with them at the very moment when then issue happened. When I clarified that I did raise a complaint immediately, they said that because they did not cater to my request asap, they would now not be able to refund the money as the timelines for issuing refund had exceeded. It is just horrible how a big company like that is functioning. It was my bad that I chose to order from Dominos after a long time. I should have known that they have gone down in both quality and customer service.

Worst Domino's I've ever went like seriously first of all the receptionist wasn't nice and I ordered panner tikka pizza and panner? There was not even single piece of panner and was very salty

very dirty domino's staff behaviour is rude. they sell their own drinks and do not sell coke pepsi even it was kept in front of me. he refused to sell it

Worst place to order pizza, very late delivery and no compensation or free delivery option and additionally very arrogant behaviour of staff. Not to be visited even for a single time. Avoid this place to have some good time.
