Domino's Pizza

Yaa having pizza at any place can make me smile but I have tried the Domino's in Amritsar for the very first time and as expected it's good they mostly speak in Punjabi' to the Punjabi' customer which feels so good and the service was also so quick.& Smile full I love the taste and servicing but just the complain about ziggi parcel was so small compared with another branches ..hope they make it better 🥰🥰

They don't accept UPI or Card payments. The slowest Domino's i ever visited. Staff just don't care. Not properly clean. The worst pizza ever had from Domino's.

STRICTLY AVOID

As soon as you walk in you notice the unhygienic conditions meaning the place is very dirty with tables arranged with no planning. One can notice tables with earlier eaten orders on the table. People are waiting for their order.

The cashier does not give you a bill when you place an order instead just reads out your order number also asking you to remember the same for order pick up.

The order takes amore than 20 minutes for it to be ready, mind you we had only ordered a garlic bread. Waiting patiently for more than 30 minutes the order number flashes on the digital display for pick up. I am handed over the order with disdain.

Now the cracker - I request for my invoice and the same cashier is now going through the garbage (strewn all over the preperation floor) looking at each invoice for my invoice. I simple walked out with my 5 year old. This Domino's needs to be shut down for such practices.

I have been told to pay double on my order
Please be aware of your online transaction done at the unit
Try to pay them on cash
Otherwise the manager (lakhwinder) will come & will tell u that ur reversal money will come in 48 hours
& By that that time they will charge u again on cash
& To be on safer side they will not raise the bill so that u don't any proof to get ur reversal money back

Domino's my fav place... this pizza tasty 😋... but environment was not good .in amritsar Domino's brach

Big Name but very disappointed, unhygienic. Not mentain properly. Pathetic service. Maximum items are out of stock. No customer satisfaction.
No cleanness. Flies are here and there.
Never suggest this place to anyone.
Overal pathetic experience.

Pasta's not available.
Tacos not available.
The outlet was total mess cleaning standards were low but cleaning was done later.
Garlic Bread was good.
The pizza was terrible I left over half pizza because the cheese was not fresh.
The state of the product was not good.
