Well, apart from this place having a pretty good ambience, there are a few things to consider
1. Don't expect top notch service for Indian Cuisine here. The taste good, but the chefs are really slow food Indian cuisine, and the wait is really long.
2. Comparatively Italian cuisine is served fast with good taste as well.
3. The overall service is below average for an upscale place like this, and goes haywire while serving large groups.

It clean the staff are friendly the food is excellent with me being from the EU it's as European as a restaurant your going to find in nagpur but don't let it be though that it doesn't serve Indian food

Have been going here since ages. Best food in town. Try the Bangkok bowl... It's amazing... Also the desserts are great!!

A bit expensive food, quality is good but hyped.

Good place , great ambiance and amazing service. Talking about food - it was just amazing . Nothing bad to say about food cause it was lip smacking. But the only thing I missed was the zinc vibe that used to be back in Sadar restaurant. Rest all good . Must try .

Good Dining experience. Ambience is good. Prices are little bit on higher side but taste worth it. Spinach and mushroom Lasagne was very tasty. Both veg and non veg are good.

Amazing food n ambience. My favourite though are the all chicken pizza, chicken in white wine sauce and the triple fudge brownie sundae.
