Domino's Pizza

After unsatisfied service from Domino's during last order, i tried giving one more chance to Domino's, Had ordered Domino's Pizza via Swiggy with 50% promo code. The Pizza delivered had topping just for name sake and i thought the Pizzas do have Cheese topping but the Domino's delivered diet and health concious pizza without Mozzarella cheese or just a part of cheese, with left over burnt topping and less the enough pizza sauce on raw base. With such experience Domino's really need to wory about its Brand value

One of the horrible outlet to order from ..had placed an order with swiggy and the branch at Rutu Estate Thane West confirmed the same ..even sent me the live tracking details along with the Delivery Executive Name : Sandeep Mishra .. till date haven't received my order no 242 of 2 stuffed garlic pepperoni bread sticks ..the Executive were smart enough to put the system offline because the live tracking went offline after 00:15 and I was unable to track the same .
Swiggy couldn't do a thing because the delivery is done by Domino's executive.. couldn't contact the restaurant beacuse they shut the shutters and called it a day ! In short I was cheated

The pizza was good. Tried the veg extravaganza pizza with cheese burst and it was delicious. Ambience is nice. Parking is an issue as vehicles might get towed.

Not a big outlet but good for few people or small bunch of group or friends, it's near by ghodbunder road walkeable distance, McDonald's and burger also next to each other only and many Street foods also available on the same lane so many options available on the same street from Chinese to falooda to momos to patato tornado to burger to chinese to pizza. Enjoy the evening with good food.

Take-out Experience :

I ordered Cheesy- Pizza Mania at around 1:30 pm at outlet. My order was handed to me in around 10 mins, The girl who took my order was very Courteous....

One thing to note is, There's no Menu to refer while ordering. Neither they hand you a Printed Menu, nor there's a screen menu at top like we see at McD. Maybe bcoz of No-Contact policy? You need to decide what you want to order by referring online sources like Domino's app, Zomato, etc.

Talking abt the Pizza, It was just DELICIOUS. Liquid cheese oozing out from the perfectly baked cheesy upper layer 🤤 crust was soft as well, pizza didn't feel Dry. It was very moist & flavourful even without Seasonings & Ketchup. This one has been my absolute favourite from the time they introduced it in Mania Range.

The combination of different cheeses works really well in this particular pizza, which is just for Rs 99! Total comes around rs.104....It's totally worth it. I recd 3 oregano & 3 Chilli flakes sachets, which was more than enough for a small size pizza.

Ordered garlic bread on 31st Dec 2022. Delivered wrong order. Delivery boy was not ready to come back n exchange. Called the store.. they didn't pick... absolutely unprofessional n unacceptable.

Initially the place was good like it was hot, well on time and even the garlic bread was freshly prepared as it can we seen the freshness inside the garlic was up to the mark but the ambience was quiet dull as the tables were not cleared on time as they was no rush still it was left unattended dirty for a period of time.

Very slow service, i kept on asking for my order that was ready but no one was available. Later received my order after waiting for 15min, pizza went from hot to warm
