Domino's Pizza

Great experience with Dominos as always.
The taste was awesome and quality was also good; however, deducting one star because of the hygiene. Water was leaking on the floor and we had to go through that to was our hands. Just need improvement in terms of management, else everything was good!

If you're going to dine in be cautious that you may have to stand and wait until some place get's empty as there is very less space to sit. Very awesome pizza's.

Kitchen is clean but seating arrangement is very dirty. Taste of Pizza is not authentic Domino's. Wrost managment ever.

One of the worst Domino outlets I have ever visited. The sealing was leaking out, the AC was not working, and very poor sitting facilities were there.

Nothing is good about dominos now a days, my last 2 orders are delivered after an hour without any prior notice & after waiting for an hour we received as cold pizza as an ice cream. Even worst thing is my last order delayed by an hour so I decided to visit the outlet by myself and guess what it looks like they completely missed my order.
During this one hour I called the outlet number multiple times & they Didn't pick up even a single time.
I experienced this multiple times across different dominos outlets, so it looks like with the time both dominos quality & service has been compromised.

Nice small hall for dinning, pricing as you know its domino's, food is excellent no exception about that staff is friendly, but located in buzy street of Gandhinagar so in evening timing you have to order before half hour then go there your turn will be after 30 to 40 minutes

One of the best place to have pizza. The base of pizza is just awesome.

Just one thing that i dont like is have ask for cleaning table. And only online order accepted. So these things need to be improved.

These 2 stars are only because of good quality of pizza. I went there with my 3 family members. They said we all 4 cannot sit together due to covid social distancing rules. Really ? It is fine for them if we all 4 eat pizza together just in front of their door but not inside. How practical it is ? I agree that social distancing must be maintained. But we were a family and we have to be together. I didnot go to this place with 10-15 members and they refused. Only 4 members were there. We had to split to 2-2 and need to sit on different tables. There was a big table on which we all 4 can easily adjust with proper social distancing but they didnot allowed which was really pathetic. There was no display LED to indicate the token number to collect the order.

One more thing I noticed they provide catch up as complementary if we dine in but if we opt for takeaway then they charge for each pouch of catch up. Again.. what is the logic ? Item is same. It does not make difference for them in either case. But it is like that. I dont like this place personally.
