I had severe lower back ache with radiating pain and restricted mobility. Sangeeta mam started physio here and with every session I felt progressive relief. She spends time on pain relieve and muscle relaxing treatments like ift tens and ultrasonic and them moves to hot packs and exercises .The time and methods she spend on me has really paid off . The exercises were increased as per my condition . The session were suited with my condition , she structured treatment such that pain management and strength gain can go hand to hand.
