Dr Swapnil Mate is one the best Sport physio I have come across. I had a forearm spasm from past 4 months which he said it’s related to myofacial.. it took me 6 sessions to heal but with the help of his
Instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation Therapy he helped me recover it..
I am into competitive bodybuilding and as many times I have suffer muscle spasm issue he was always there to help me and moreover he educates me and make me understand to modify my workout protocol.

I was recommended to visit Dr. Mate, after a fall had injured my leg. In my very first session he was able to alleviate my pain so that I could walk and not limp around. As the treatment for my leg carried on, I asked if he could look in to a chronic pain I had in my arm that was previously diagnosed as a tennis elbow. I had suffered this chronic pain for about 5 years; as the previous doctor I visited told me I could do nothing about it and had to live with the pain. Dr. Mate invested the time in correctly diagnosing the chronic pain as impinged nerves in my trapezius muscles. I later learned that the same injury could have also caused migraines that I suffered from, for about 8 years. To live with this pain for so long and suddenly feel immense relief is really gratifying. I take pride in the small victories I have achieved; like being able to lift a full bottle of water, or brush my teeth with my injured arm. Dr. Mate has a saying written on his white board for all his patients to take inspiration from “Pain is temporary”. You need to put in the time to correctly diagnose your problem and there is no one better than Dr. Mate to do that. Dr. Mate will calmly explain your condition / problem to you in a manner that you will understand. He is genuinely interested in seeing you get better as long as you put in the work too! I would highly recommend Dr. Mate to anyone suffering from any muscular pain. He is a great diagnostician and will help you chart out the correct line of treatment for your condition.

Saw him three times in 7 days when I came on holiday. I had injured my shoulder bench pressing on my first day of my holiday. Through acupuncture and massage he really helped me. I highly recommend him.

Swapnil is knowledgeable, skilled, and thorough in his diagnosis and treatment. He corrected my neck injury in minimal sessions to near 100% improvement. I recommend him to everyone I know as he's easily the best in Mumbai.

I had a really bad lower back pain for two weeks which wasn’t getting better. I was unable to bend, move in certain ways or exercise until I went to Dr. Swapnil. He told me that my Sacroiliac Joint had got locked. He unlocked my joint and treated my back in just one session. The pain that had been persistent for two weeks had gone after he unlocked my joint. He is a great doctor and really good at what he does, he is someone who’s very skilled and knows exactly where and what’s causing the pain. Anyone who is reading this review, let me tell you, Dr. Swapnil will be your go to rescue for pain!
