I have consulted him for many years and had good interactions but this time around I am giving a constructive feedback. Took my mother for consultation with prior appointment but doctor was simultaneously attending other patients in the middle of her session. He seemed extremely busy. I recommend he should hire assistants or interns for better attention to patients as one person attending 3-4 patients at a time is impossible and unfair. Appointment slots should be given so it doesn’t become crowded. Clinic looked gloomy because lights were not switched on.
That’s two feedbacks so it feels like a professional practice.
