I was suffering from back pain, shoulder and neck pain. All team member of arogya niketan physiotherapy are calm and handled everything properly. Dr Anuja, Dr Manisha, Dr Tejas are very much co operative and provided motherly treatment towards all the issues during the 5 days session of treatment. Thanks for getting me back on the track.

I am really glad to have had treatments with Dr. Anuja. She is very humble, extremely flexible and supportive. I have suffered back injury in a car accident. So it was really important for me to have an empathetic experience during the treatment. And I am very happy with her. Even when I am back in Germany now, she provides me feedback and exercise tips via WhatsApp calls. I really appreciate that a lot!

Great experience with this unit. Had physiotherapy session for my dad's knee ligament tear and mom's frozen shoulder. Both are totally recovered. Dr Tejas sir and his team have great skills and give appropriate approach towards patient. Do visit this unit if someone searching for physiotherapy session.

Visited the clinic for back ache. The doctor recommended 3 modalities and we went through one session. One of the modalities - SWD (Shortwave Diathermy)- is banned in several countries and uses electromagnetic waves for deep tissue heating. This modality can affect pregnant women and can result in miscarriages. After some research, I learned that pregnant women are not even allowed to enter the room where this machine is placed. I'm a married woman and there was no protocol to ask me whether I was pregnant or not. That was really scary to me. This sort of ignorance can lead to an extreme effect. There was no documentation shared by the doctor after the appointment. After talking to another physiotherapist, I got to know that recommendeing three heavy modalities is a severe thing to do.
The back ache intensity increased exponentially the next day. It could be a fact that the treatment needs to be completed before pain gets better, but I didn't want to take a risk. Overall I felt the doctors were ignorant to patient's conditions, poor documentation. I won't recommend this clinic to anyone.

Reply from Arogya Niketan says- "we take proper history before application of every modality". The purpose behind writing this review is- No one asked me about my "PROPER" history or PREGNANCY related details before recommending this modality. No one asked me if there are any chances you could be pregnant at the time. Arogya Niketan wouldn't have taken the responsibility of any medical issues, had I been pregnant at that point in time. Sharing documentation after every session is hence very important.

I want to say what a great place Arogya Niketan Physiotherapy Clinic is. A professional, excellent and friendly service that I highly recommend. I am very much satisfied with the excellent service provided by Dr. Tejas and Anuja Khanolkar who I have felt are the best physiotherapists I ever met. I now wish to add that Dr.Tejas Khanolkar  Keys treatment for my back trouble is brilliant and has really helped me. Dr. Tejas Khanolkar  always gives great advice and he is one of polite person I ever met and he has helped mere cover from injuries. Also the friendly reception people at the desk who always provide the nice welcome. If you have any joint or muscle pain, do yourself a favor and give the clinic a visit. You wont regret it. Totally relaxed atmosphere and professional service. I can't praise them enough. Many thanks to you all and I highly recommend a visit.

Dr. Anuja Khanolkar is the best Physiotherapist in the city. My father had undergone bilateral total knee replacement surgery (both knees at a time). Surgery was perfectly well. Besides successful surgery, it is important that the patient should undergo aggressive post operative physiotherapy, which is really challenging for most of the patients. Therefore, many patients do not get desired outcome from the Surgery. Dr. Anuja Khanolkar Madam used to give physiotherapy to my father for almost 45 days at our home. She is so caring and kind hearted, she boosted confidence of my father. Looking into progress of my father, she used to add many more exercises essential for building strength in his muscles. My father now climbs three staircases, walks so normally without support, its all because of Dr. Anuja and her team. She is so sincere and honest to her profession that during her unavailability she arranged her assistant to give physiotherapy to my father without a break. Thank you so much Dr. Anuja. I must thank Dr. Tejas khanolkar Sir with whom I spoke before surgery to tell him that we want post operative Physiotherapy at home. He is so kind hearted, he assured me that Dr. Anuja or himself will take care of it and not to worry about. I am really grateful to Dr. Tejas and Dr. Anuja.

Dr. Anuja Khanolkar is an amazing physiotherapist. She has been treating my grandmother of age 94 who was bed ridden for 6months after her hip surgery. She chalked a plan to make her mobile. She initially started getting movements to the dead muscles, then movements and eventually made her walk. Her service, her approach, her caring nature to the patient is very appreciative. If you really want your patient to be handled well I would suggest you use her services. Without any doubts please reach her out and enjoy the results.
