ARCH Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation

My shoulder pain condition hasn't improved but aggravated after 3 sessions. Further, sessions are expensive and they have their own terms and conditions (7 sessions within 12 days which is bit surprising throwing you under treatment pressure than the line of treatment)

Can do better, be more proactive in interacting and communicating the line of treatment.

I don't feel they are any different from other physiotherapists for my condition as they only do IFT, ultrasound and same routine techniques for which I paid 1400 rupees for each of 7 sessions.

On the last, 7th, session I was recommended to a different physiotherapist which could have been done in the initial sessions as I felt I lost money and wasted time.

There is no place to trade grievances. So, I don't recommend.

I am getting post tendon transfer physiotherapy treatment from Dr. Nisha.
I really appreciate how she gives so much effort and time to treat patients. Also unlike other physiotherapy clinics here therapist dedicate their full time to one patient at a time that also I like.

I went for a Partial ACL Tear recovery. The therapy has been great. I can feel the strength and stability in the knee and the swelling and muscle tightness has reduced a lot. Dr Abhishek has provided all the treatment needed for the recovery.

They have all the setup needed for exercises and they pay utmost attention to your form and progression. Everyone is super helpful. I would highly recommend ARCH for proper treatment and rehab.

I am going through rehab training under Dr. Dipika. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She’s helping me a lot to gain my confidence back. Everyday after the session I feel some improvement.
I would recommend everyone to this place, they have different treatment methods and equipment’s. Whole team is good and efficient.

I have received physiotherapy from ARCH for spine issues, and i really loved their way of starting their treatment. They do full study about their patients and decide the right set of treatment and exercises. Dr. Nisha was working on my case and she is very attentive to the problem areas. Even after my sessions were over, she keeps in touch and suggests exercises and ways to reduce my pain. It is totally worth investing in therapy at ARCH.

This is simply a magical place, I came here for my son's left elbow mobilization on 31st dec2022. he had plaster for 15days which got removed on 30th dec'22 and couldn't straight the hand then after. My son,Aarav, is 8yrs old and plays cricket.
Dr. Abhishek handled my son's tantrum with huge patience, and on the very first day there was a noticeable change in his hand and it was almost 75% straight.
Today it is 9th day and he started doing shadow practice with no pain.
Dr. Abhishek worked on his strength with good amount of exercises.
I am very much satisfied with the entire team out here. All are very knowledgeable.

I have been doing my physiotherapy post ACL reconstruction surgery with ARCH physiotherapy for the past three weeks. Dr.Deepika is highly competent and knowledgeable. She understands the root cause and tailors the right kind of exercises accordingly. She is kind, patient, and very professional. The sessions are fun and I’ve been making great progress with my recovery. Highly recommend! :)

I had lower back pain and stiffness towards left side. I was having difficulty in standing up straight. My flexibility was affected as well due to which my workouts at the gym were suffering. I couldn't bend and touch my feet.
Dr. Sanjeev diagnosed me provided good treatment that the results were visible from day 3 itself. Regular sessions helped me a lot in managing the pain, reducing it to zero and improving my flexibility. I'm very thankful to Dr. Sanjeev for treating my pain and training me wrt to stretches and lower body strengthening.
