RLP-Centre for Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation

I play badminton and tennis at a competitive level and injured my knee for the 3rd time in 2 years just before flying to kashmir.
As a result of this I had to visit RLP in kashmir. Having lived outside of kashmir most of my life, I have had access to a lot of quality physiotherapy clinics around the globe; however, I was very impressed with how they were able to diagnose the problem and work on my knee while I was in kashmir. Dr Taizeena and her staff were very professional every time I went to the clinic. They deserve nothing less than 5 stars!
They played a major role in helping me recover and I was able to get back into sports in a record time because of them. THANK YOU!!

One of the best physiotheraphy centers in Srinagar. I have been part of RLP from last 4 months and it has been a wonderful journey so far. Not many people know that RLP also provides all female gym service too with profound supervision & guidance from very kind Dr. Taizeena. She is extremely helpful and always there to motivate us.

My name is Tufail Qureshi. I am affiliated with Sky running sport in Kashmir. During my running or hiking events I used to have very stiff calf muscles which would impede my progress and hence my performance. However after a few sessions of conselling and subsequently dry needling at RLP Physiotherapy Center my calf muscles were relieved by about 80% and my performance enhanced manifold. Had I not taken the therapy I would have never known that after about 30 min of dry needling session how well I could perform in the trails.... Also the regular follow up of the patients from the Center is a pleasing and encouraging sign...
